BY IMPORTING WORDPRESS BLOG XML FILE
You should always keep a xml backup file of your wordpress blog .You can create this xml file by doing this
WORDPRESS DASHBOARD > TOOLS > EXPORT >DOWNLOAD
After installing wordpress on new web host just do it
WORDPRESS DASHBOARD > TOOLS > IMPORT>WORDPRESS
Simply all your blog post with date time tags and categories will be imported to new wordpress installation .
SECOND WAY : BY IMPORTING MYSQL DATABASE
If you are unable to use first option now you can try second method .For this method you must have mysql backup file .You can get mysql backup file by doing this :
LOGIN TO YOUR C-PANEL > PHP MYADMIN > SELECT DATABASE > EXPORT
Now when you install new wordpress create an empty database and import the database backup file .All your blog posts, comments, tags ,category will be imported .In this method you can face some problems related to mysql .
THIRD WAY AND THE ONLY WAY IF YOU CAN USE NONE OF THE ABOVE
If you are failed to use none of the way given above ,you have only way to work more with this time consuming simple methode .
INSTALL WORDPRESS
CREATE POSTS WITH SAME TITLES ,SAME DATES
MANUALLY CREATE CATEGORIES AND TAGS
By doing this your permalinks of post will remain same as before which is must to stay in google search as before .But you will loose your comments .
